Golf

  • Optional Friday Tournament - Mission Hills Country Club - Arnold Palmer Course: $85
    • Moderately rolling fairways. A traditional course with moderately sized greens. Water on a number of holes. Well trapped. Excellent condition. Bent-grass greens.
  • Weekend Golf Tournament, Party, Prizes: $175
    • Mission Hills Country Club - Dinah Shore Course
      Traditional design with medium-size, contoured greens. Fairways are rolling and are of average width. The 18th is on everyone's list as a "best" golf hole, featuring an island green. Bent-grass greens. Site of the Kraft Nabisco Championship.
    • La Quinta Resort - Mountain Course
      Spectacular setting against the mountains. Small greens are well guarded by large, deep bunkers. The front nine has very few trees and no homes on course. The back nine has large palms. The 16th hole is very unusual with a tee and a green and nothing but rocks in between. New Tif-eagle greens added in 2006.
    • Awards/Reception Party for golfers and a guest
      • Saturday night at 6:00 PM, the reception party will be held at the Shadow Mountain Resort. Hors d’oeuvres, no host beverages, awards, and door prizes will be featured.
    • President's Cup Tournament
      • The President's Cup is awarded to the qualifying Aerospace employee with the low two-day net score at Palm Springs.

Lodging

  • Shadow Mountain Resort
    • Rooms are being held until May 5th at Shadow Mountain Resort, Palm Desert, at $99.00 for a studio unit. 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units are also available. Check with Shadow Mountain for further details.
    • A Resort Service Fee will apply to all guestrooms. This Fee is $15.00 per room per day. The Resort Service Fee includes the following: unlimited local calls, 800 access and credit card assisted calls, wireless internet access in public club areas, incoming faxes, up to 10 photocopies, in-room coffee service, daily newspaper, and pool towels. The Resort Service Fee will be posted to the individual room accounts.

Dues:Yearly membership dues paid or $5 weekend tournament dues ($3 for Friday only).
Optional best ball fee per team per day:$2 per team per day ($3 per person per day for all combinations in a foursome, or $12 per foursome per day ($24 per foursome for Saturday and Sunday). Any combination of two players from the same foursome. Must have an AEAGC handicap. Medal play score using 90% of each players handicap.
Optional skins fee per individual per day:$2 per day. Unflighted, based on 60% of AEAGC handicap.
