Practice

Practices are held in Del Aire Park, near the pine tree behind Denny's Restaurant. Del Aire Park is located a block north on Isis from El Segundo Blvd. See Yahoo Map to Del Aire Park for directions.

Below is our practice & class schedule for the month of JANUARY:

Mondays 11:30 to 12:15 - Tai Chi Qigong, Tai Chi Long Form & Tai Chi 24-Form

Tuesdays at 11:30-12:15 : Bagua Zhang 8 Turning Palms & Traditional Bagua Zhang

Wedesdays 11:30 to 12:15 -  Tai Chi 24-Form

Thursdays 11:30-12:15 - Tai Chi Long Form

Fridays at 11:45-12:30 - Open Practice & Push Hands
