The AEA BBQ club is a great place to learn about the culinary art of smoking meat. It is a delicious hobby but can be intimidating to begin due to the need for some pretty specialized equipment, lots of conflicting information, and lengthy time commitments. The BBQ club has several smokers and other accessories available for dues-paying members to help you get started.
Not interested in smoking meat yourself, but more interested in its consumption? You’re in luck as well! Once things get rolling we’ll have monthly potlucks where all who are able will bring in their latest work and we’ll all get to dig in. Members will be on the mailing list and get a heads up of when the next potluck is planned.
