San Diego Weekend - September 26 and 27, 2009

This announcement is for weekend event; if you can only make one of the days, please contact for entry fees.

  • Reservation deadline:
    • Room Reservations - Thursday, September 3, 2009
      • Rooms are blocked for Friday, September 25th and Saturday, September 26th
      • Group rate extended three days prior or following above dates
      • Reservations must be made by Thursday, September 3rd (group room rate $149 - call 877-517-9340)
      • Reservations after September 3rd will be accepted on a space availble basis
      • Check in - 4:00 PM, check out - noon
    • Golf and Reception Reservations - Friday, September 11, 2009
      • Welcome reception on Saturday - time to be determined
      • Reception includes a buffet menu of Mexican, Italian or Barbecue, drinks, desert, tax, and gratuity
  • Dues:
    • Yearly membership dues paid or $5 weekend tournament dues ($3 for one tournament).
  • Optional best ball fee per team per day:
    • $2 per team per day ($3 per person per day for all combinations in a foursome, or $12 per foursome per day ($24 per foursome for Saturday and Sunday). Any combination of two players from the same foursome. Must have an AEAGC handicap. Medal play score using 90% of each players handicap.
  • Optional skins fee per individual per day:
    • $2 per tournament. Unflighted, based on 60% of AEAGC handicap.
