  • Reservation deadline:
    • Room Reservations - Thursday, September 8th
      • Rooms are blocked for Friday, September 31st and Saturday, October 1st
      • Group rate extended one day prior or following above dates
      • Reservations must be made by Thursday, September 8th (group room rate $149 - please call Jan for contact information)
      • Reservations after September 8th will be accepted on a space availble basis
      • Check in - 4:00 PM, check out - noon
    • Golf and Reception Reservations - Tuesday, September 20, 2011
      • Welcome reception on Saturday after golf - exact time to be determined
      • Reception (cost is $35) is an All-American Buffet with Hot Dogs, Ground Sirloin Burgers, Boneless Chicken Breast, and Grilled 10 oz NY Steak, etc
      • Door prizes
  • Dues:
    • Yearly membership dues paid or $5 weekend tournament dues ($3 for one tournament).
  • Optional best ball fee per team per day:
    • $2 per team per day ($3 per person per day for all combinations in a foursome, or $12 per foursome per day ($24 per foursome for Saturday and Sunday). Any combination of two players from the same foursome. Must have an AEAGC handicap. Medal play score using 90% of each players handicap.
  • Optional skins fee per individual per day:
    • $2 per tournament. Unflighted, based on 60% of AEAGC handicap
